Job Details: Outbound 2nd Level Technical Support.  Solved complaints through E-mail & TT. Queue’s  Maintaining efficiently technical issues regarding DSLAMs mainly resetting ports, adjusting the speed profile and creating VLANs, service ports, PVCs and encapsulations.  Handling technical issues regarding the RADIUS i.e. creating usernames and passwords for the ADSL users and checking their connection status.  Configure Dynamic , Real IP’s & Cascading Solution service  Authorized to access to the Cisco Routers, ERX and E320 Juniper routers and Huawie routers and switches to make sure that everything regarding the authentication and the PVCs, VLANs ranges are setup correctly.  Monitor general failures in Network to estimate the failure type and reason to escalate it to Network operation Departments to be solved.
