Working as Management Reporting Manager at the Major Project for Centamin which is SGM , Reporting to Site General Manager, CFO, MD and CEO. My responsibilities included but not limited to (Projects Evaluation – Budgeting – Long Term Planning – Costing – Financial Analysis – forecasting – Senior Management Reporting- Cost Analysis – EOM and Financial Statements Reporting- Financial and Cost Control – Cash Flow Management- Contracts Review and Evaluation) below is a list of my main responsibilities
- Responsible for creating , discussing and Presenting the annual budget 5 year budget.(OPEX ,Manpower ,CAPEX ,Cash Flow , P&L , Balance Sheet)
- Responsible for creating revised LOM (life of mine)
- Managing, Training and Motivating an accounting team of Costing, Management and Fixed Assets Accountants.
- Responsible for creating financial models for all capital expenditure.
- Preview and approve monthly Cost report.
- Preview the Reconciliations, Reallocations and Closing for End of Month regarding financial activities.
- Managing and discussing month end Management Accounting Pack with CEO, CFO and Board of Directors and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports to senior management, and Daily Physical Report to Head of Departments and senior management.
- Responsible for Managing the Cost on site in order to make sure that the cost is within the range, by making weekly cost meeting with HODs to discuss the deviations and variances.
- Responsible for Site monthly report including all areas (open pit-underground-processing-maintenance-HR-IT-Admin-Safety).
- Responsible for Management Accounting Monthly Report including (Keys Variance Report- Physicals-Actual vs. Budget- Comments on Cost Behaviour-KPIs-Unit Cost-Keys Performance Graphs).
- Responsible for Setting the Cost Flow for the Group in all Projects.
- Responsible for Audit Payroll.
- Responsible for Fixed Assets Register.
- Responsible for CAPEX approval According to Budget and Evaluation of the CAPEX from economic point of view.
- Responsible for the Mining Inventory (work in process) to determine the value of the different stockpiles at the mine.
