- Job Details:Responsibility. • Collaborate to the whole Human Resources team. • Carry out Policies and procedures relating to all phases of Human Resources activities for our organization. • Handle the recruitment process from building up pool of candidates, screening CVS, conducting interviews and tests, and handling the hiring and orientation procedures. • Assist in the job analysis process and developing job descriptions. • Preparing offer letters and ensuring that all new employees complete the joining formalities as laid down in the HR Policies. • Developing performance appraisal tools and Implement an efficient performance appraisal system during the preparation period. • Arranging the employee’s files and re-new of the contracts, follow up employee’s attendance and keep it always updated. • Preparation monthly payroll for employees and Update reports for Finance Dept. • Renewing the salary system according to the new labor law, social insurance, and new taxes. • Providing incentives and benefits/compensation (commissions, awards, overtime, allowances, bonus and other). • Follow-up work camp and housing camps for expatriates. • Making reports about company facilities and its status (electricity and water petrol). • Consumption cars and vehicles report about vehicles official papers and maintenance). • Responsible for sub-contractor daily work such as daily report, attendance time sheet warning letters etc. • Solving all problems with sub-Contractor or labors. • Provide employment for the project in case of employment.

- Job Details:Responsibility. • Co-ordinate with the project employee and the human resources head department in the main office. • Solving all problems in the site related to the HR. • Sending daily reports and weekly reports to the PM. • Screening all CVs received and applications and sending it to the HRM. 3 • Discussing all the Screened CVs & applications with the project manager to arrange interviews upon Project Manager Schedule. • Preparing the conference room for the appointment of the quality assurance for new hired employee upon coordination with QC Dep & Safety Dep. • Receiving & describing contracts for the employee who joined the work, sending it to HRM after employee’s signatures. • Receiving & Collecting all hiring documents from the employee who did not complete their ones. • Check and revising all applications received for (casual) employees, modifying their daily rates with standard daily rates received from HRM. • Coordinate with administration department for registering new employees. • Coordinate with administration department for collecting & sending them copies of leave form for employees. • Coordinate with administration for renewing visas, booking air tickets for foreign employees. • Coordinating between project management & HRM for employees which will be transferred from other projects to the site and from site to other projects. • Responsible for hiring process for employees from site upon request from Project Manager. • Responsible for hiring process for CASUAL (wages against work). • Responsible for receiving & investigating any complaints especially the accommodation flats for employees.
