 Observe and evaluate Instructor performance and initiate appropriate corrective actions and reports as required.
 Evaluate Instructor progress shown by Post-Class Surveys
 Generate reports on Instructor progress: Bimonthly reports for new Instructors, quarterly reports for all Instructors.
 Assist the Training Manager in the selection and hiring of other faculty as necessary to carry out program requirements.
 Support Sales Department, providing knowledge of all available classes in order to accommodate clients’ special needs .
 Technical Supervision for all the technical tracks in all tenders from the Egyptian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology including (Trainers, Tracks, Timetables, Exams, ...)

 Reporting Relationships :
1. Direct Supervisory Relationship : Instructors (Parttimer , Fulltimer)
2. Indirect Supervisory Relationship : Administrative Assistant ,Training Department
3. Coordinate Relationship : Sales Manager , Operations Manager
4. Subordinate Relationship: Operation Manager

 Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, one-to-one sessions, action learning plans
 Deliver training courses.
 Linking training to organization Business Needs
 Ability to master the full training cycle.
 Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
 Support managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in public classes;
 Direct communication with Learning Partners (Microsoft – Oracle – Cisco – etc. ..)
 Strong Knowledge & Experience of all IT training Technologies & vendors :
