• Job Details: Responsible for the relevant part documentary credits (LC) and letters of guarantee (LG).  Procedures for opening letters of credit and letters of guarantee and the extension of letters of guarantee and all the necessary procedures to continue credits and payments  Keep track of the goods until they arrive to the company's warehouses in addition to monitoring and reviewing documents related to the goods including ( B/l - Packing list - invoice - Country of Origin Certificate- Customs clearance documents - Goods transport documents until the company's warehouses - etc.).  Review the terms of shipping, as well as the purchase contract to make sure the prices of the quantities imported during the purchase order.  Audit of the accounts of suppliers and documentary credits to make sure the closing credits of the documentary with the bills and the rest of the steps accepted.  Keep track of accounts and financial reports and reports of the costs of the manufacturer of woodworking private company as well as all the reports on productivity manufacturers.
