• Job Details:Manage daily operations of the LMS (Moodle), including site configuration and plugin updates. Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions using cohorts and LDAP integration. Integrate LMS with the student information system (SIS) using CSV imports or web services/APIs. Upload and manage course content, categories, and academic/non-academic courses using course templates, bulk course upload, and restore features. Provide technical and functional support to faculty, staff, and students. Integrate third-party tools such as Zoom, Turnitin, H5P, and BigBlueButton. Provide training sessions and create user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials. Monitor system performance, user activity, and generate reports using Moodle analytics and configurable reports block. Ensure LMS security, perform regular site backups, and manage roles & capabilities. Collaborate with IT and academic departments to align LMS features with learning goals.
