    • Job Details: Lead, direct, and manage the financial responsibilities.  Oversee the accounting transactions processing, policies and procedures.  Prepare the monthly Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements timely.  Manage all areas of accounting, including A/P & A/R, banking reconciliations, general ledger management, and ensure month-end closings following all deadlines.  Perform routine closings, maintain accurate and accessible records and keep close eye on transactions updates, develop and implement corrective actions to bring business areas in line with standards.  Ensure that sound financial controls are in place and operational activities are implemented in a timely and results-focused manner, and are managed in compliance with companies’ objectives.  Manage financial forecasting, Costing, budgeting processes, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.  Manage Develop, and maintain appropriate KPIs to monitor and drive the financial performance of the companies.  Ensure that all statutory & tax topics requirements of the companies are met including VAT, Payroll & Withholding Tax, Income Tax payments, etc.., calculate tax owed, prepare and submit returns and uphill compliance with all governmental tax guidelines and applicable laws.  Liaise, work closely with the external auditors and as required, to review of all financial information disclosed of the companies’ and collaborate to the fullest extent possible as well as conduct audits according to all regulatory requirements.  Review, and approve in consultation with external auditors the companies’ interim and annual financial statements.  Lead, manage, and communicate effectively with the Finance team on a regular basis ensuring information is clear, develop, and implement training programs of the team members, in order to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goals.
