Treasury & Regulatory Section Head

• Job Details:Lead treasury operations, managing liquidity, funding, and investment activities in line with strategic objectives. Oversee the monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts against general ledger balances, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of reported cash positions. Manage bank relationships and ensure proper controls over treasury transactions. Negotiate letters of credit (LCs) terms with banks to secure optimal conditions and minimize collateral/funding costs. Coordinate with procurement, banks, and logistics teams to ensure timely documentation, track shipments, and avoid demurrage or port penalties. Maintain a centralized tracking system for active LCs/LGs and monitor upcoming expiries, shipments, and payment schedules. Collaborate with accounting and supply chain to confirm receipt of goods and align payment timelines. Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory returns to the financial authorities, EGX and Egyptian Competition Authority. Preparing board of directors' meetings and general assemblies for the company.

Senior Treasury & Regulatory Analyst

• Job Details:Monitor cash positions and bank balances, ensuring funds are efficiently allocated across entities and currencies. Perform a weekly bank reconciliation, resolving discrepancies between bank statements and accounting ledgers to reflect accurate cash positions. Manage the end-to-end process for letters of credit (LCs) and letters of guarantee (LGs) from application, issuance, and amendment to shipment tracking and settlement. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and banks to track shipments and ensure timely document presentation, helping prevent demurrage and late payment penalties. Supported implementation of SAP module across the bank reconciliations.
