I've worked on many analysis reports that have helped the development tweak many aspects of the job seeker flow side of the website. I've also participated in many projects as a business development consultant to some of the key accounts that Wuzzuf deals with.


I've successfully managed a recruiter project with one of the most important foreign investors in Egypt where I have been involved from day one in planning the hiring needs and expected timeline for the implementation of the project. The project has been a successful one, where the company had benefited greatly from it and I've acquired new connections.


I have helped in developing a clearer schedule setting system and information database that can be accessed by anyone and at any time, which made the target achievement much easier. Also, it helped to personalize the customer services efforts to ensure full satisfaction with the services.


I have been assigned several roles while my employment in Vodafone UK. I have worked as support function on loan, that I assist the new comers with all the system and product knowledge needed to provide the world class customer experience that Vodafone is known for.
