Updating and adding services to the system, and adjusting their prices according to the latest price list from the service provider or the current treatment cost in the Egyptian market.

• Job Details:Doing the approvals and sent them to clients. Answer phones, resolve patient insurance dismiss or questions related to medical care and benefits information. Responding to complaints and solving issues.
