• Identify ways to help divisional sales offices maximize the CRM system (Salesforce) system.
• Ensure Pipeline Report processes are running smoothly:
• Ensure Commercial Reports are produced on a timely manner and accurately.
• Prepare procedural documents to support user’s needs.
• In addition, the CRM Administrator will assist the CCO of Product Strategy with developing new lead generating ideas and initiatives particularly in respect to shows and events, co-marketing, geo-targeting, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Determine best methodology to answer inquires and executes impressively.
• Coordinate with sales and other internal teams, as required.
• Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data and minimize time required to enter or update contact data.
• Manage time and work responsibilities effectively to complete all assignments in a timely manner.
• Establish rapport with sales teams and other departments to ensure a sense of team in all assignments and daily operations
