• Organize and ensure that personnel files for all employees with complete original hiring documents ,copies of medical cards, are filed properly and keep track of missing hiring documents to complete personnel files

• Assist in preparing annual and monthly calendars for clients ,coo-ordinate with payroll and finance teams on outputs/payment limitations, manage monthly calendar for payroll with automatic reminders to clients
• Prepare delegation letter for social insurance
• Collect data for form 2 and assist in preparation
• Prepare local authority sheets and ER fund
• Monitor record and ensure completeness of social insurance forms and checklist is followed for proper submission of form 1/6
• Preparing Job offers and send hiring document mail to new hires
• Preparing Contracts and HR letter of opening bank account for employees
• Preparing renewals, letter of increase, experience certificates ,clearance form, HR letters and resignation forms
• Prepare form 1/6 and handle all social insurance cases, also fill labor certificates and get them ready to be sent to labor offices
• Receive payroll changes from clients and go through calculations by calculating taxes and social insurance and apply this changes on system to get reports ready.
• Estimate medical insurance costs and take required steps to get cards issued.
• Support in calculating small and medium size payroll clients on software
• Ensure business claims/reimbursement excel sheets are supported by receipts/invoices which need to be provided to finance
• Ensure tax receipts and social insurance receipts are scanned and translated if necessary and filed/emailed to clients
• Prepare break down calculations(Tax and salary break down)
• Support HR specialist with calculations of co-employee leave balances
• Work permit paper work
