• Job Details:● Design and implement secure solutions for deployment configuration of cloud services and on perm services. ● Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all servers, equipment, and software related to security solutions and associated components. ● Implement IT solutions Architect and evaluate, design, and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities. ● Examine requirements documents and support creation of technical design documents, unit test, system test, and capacity and implementation plans for small to complex projects. ● Maintain cyber Security systems availability & ensure resolving issues escalated from the first line within the agreed SLA. ● Responsible for running the Cyber Security Defence Front line team with 24/7 functionality. ● Responsible for implementing major approved and assigned security requests for Access Control activities. ● Prioritize incidents and complaints to assure all SLAs are met. ● Handles incidents communications within the team and with other teams when necessary. ● Escalate issues to vendors and ensure that issues resolve within contact SLA. ● Provide end to end security architecture review, risk assessment and security hardening for IT applications and IP Networks systems including new technologies ● Administer 3rd level and standby support, End-Point Protection Solutions, Email security, VPN services, and Application layer firewalling. ● Implemented and manage Identity Governance, OKTA Single Sign-On, Provisioning Federated Identity, Multi-factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Password Management. ● Work with Senior Products and DevOps staff in order to define a strategy for delivering Identity & Access services. ● The PoC for Risk assessment with audit farm during uber acquisition of careem for mitigated network and endpoints risk point ● Ability to offer and present clear technical explanations in a user-friendly language on both technical and non-technical audiences. ● manage and maintain systems and network security tools such as authentication, intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS) firewalls, and Cisco VPN. ● Knowledge of system-level attacks and mitigation methods in Linux, macOS, and Windows. ● Detailed technical knowledge in endpoint hardening. ● Lead rolling out any new security applications across the business to meet compliance requirements using Vmware workspace one “AirWatch”. ● Maintenance and improvements as needed to the security solutions deployed on the perimeter, infrastructure, network-level, and system-level. ● Perform periodic review of audits logs (includes review and retention) of applications, networks, systems, and access to physical assets. ● Perform periodic vulnerability scanning across the systems to ensure that there is no unpatched vulnerability report any discrepancies to the Information Security director. ● Detects, analyzes, and eliminates viruses and malicious from the EDR systems. ● Security monitoring, detection, and security status reporting to enable informed decisions. ● Mentor and coach other IT staff to provide guidance and expertise related to Application and infrastructure security best practices from time to time. ● Communicate experience and knowledge to other members of the Global IT function to assist support availability. ● Use reporting techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve the service we deliver. ● Lead a team of 20 IT support engineers
