Achievements: 1-Manager of the maintenance department for heavy equipment at one of the petrojet company's projects in the UAE from December 2024 till now 2-Worked as an Equipment Inspector in Egypt, from December 2023 to December 2024 3-Manager of maintenance for the heavy equipment department at the southern branch of maintenance in Badr City from 1st jan 2021, to December 2023.

• Job Details:1- Implementing and overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on construction machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life. 2- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in equipment and conducting repairs or coordinating with technicians for timely resolution. 3- Managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and documentation to ensure organized and efficient maintenance operations. 4- Coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and vendors to ensure equipment availability and compliance with safety standards. 5- Supervising and mentoring maintenance staff and technicians onsite. 6- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities. 7- Monitoring inventory of spare parts and tools, and assisting in procurement to prevent shortages. 8- Utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software for tracking and planning maintenance tasks. 9- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending upgrades or process enhancements.
