• Job Details:o Project Labyrinth (Health Tower)  Data Analyst/Transaction Processing Associates/SME  Processed claims and membership’s health insurance.  Support other Data Analyst in processing.  Take calls from clients to discussed new process.  Calibrate new process to Quality Team.  Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.  August 2014 to December 2016 o IO Reporting Factory  Reports Analyst  Provide reports based on the output of employees using Excel and Macros.  Analyze the reports to provide new ideas to improve quality and productivity  Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.  December 2016 to June 2017 o Project Zurich  ID Security Admin  Provide access to the employees to different application and shared folder with restrictions.  Take calls to provide technical assistance.  Provide daily report of the output of ID Admins  June 2017 to December 2017
