• Job Details:Conducting routine quality checks on incoming raw materials (seeds) and finished products (vegetable oils) to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including chemical and physical. Employed near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to rapidly analyze a wide range of parameters such as oil content, moisture, and protein levels in seeds and finished products. Collaborating with production teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. Managing chemical treatment processes for softeners, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP). Maintaining detailed records of laboratory results, quality control procedures, and deviations from standard operating procedures. Investigating and resolving quality-related issues, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
