• Job Details:"Key Deliverables: • Supervise the design and development of real estate projects, interior and façade fit-out projects • Monitoring the project activities and handling the complete cycle of the project management entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects. • Country Head, Senior Project Manager/Procurement Specialist - of Design and Development of major real estate projects for both private and government clients with a “turn-key” proposal: from the furnishing supply of to the solution for every environmental detail • Spearheading project activities involving pre-design review and coordination, construction progress and quality control, project completion, start-up, testing and acceptance, Handing over etc., • Reviewing the project progress on all aspects viz. Technical submittals, drawings and actual site construction regularly and taking necessary corrective actions required to meet the project schedule • Identifying and developing cost effective and quality suppliers and vendors for procurement of project equipment based on technical specifications • Coordinating procurement activities like floating of enquiries, follow-up for offers, technical and commercial comparisons, finalizing of suitable vendor, contract negotiations, etc. • Reviewing purchase orders with regard to technical requirements, delivery schedules and commercial terms • Heading the overall project activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with Team. • Overseeing a team of engineers for various types of jobs and resolving bottlenecks Notable Achievements: • Delivered over 40 high-end luxury projects, from Luxury private Villas to 5-star Hotels in 6 different countries. Completed and delivered over 15 VIP Luxury Villas and Complexes for VIP clients in Russia, Kazakhstan, UAE and Saudi Arabia. • Successfully delivered Presidential Palace in Nigeria in 2012, delivered 1 Residential Villa worth 67$ mil • Organised and carried out over 15 international trade events and shows in Uzbekistan, dedicated to Building and Construction Materials, and Luxury Furniture. • Successfully completed fit-out supply for Royal Palace and Islamic Centre Project for HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak in Morocco in 2010 • Won at tendering and successfully delivered Presidential Palace Reconstruction Project in Armenia in 2009, also in 2009-2010 period successfully completed fit out project for Presidential Palace in Uzbekistan, oversaw supply of building materials and fit-out for Radisson Royal Hotel in Moscow, Russia. • Successfully delivered 3 VIP Residential Villas in Uzbekistan in 2011 worth 160$ mil • Supervised and successfully organized the set-up, construction and start-up of one of the biggest factory complexes in Central Asia for Ceramic Tile Manufacturing Factory worth 7 million EURO with production capacity of 2,5 million square meters a year, Furniture & Accessories Manufacturing factory, and full production line for concrete block manufacturing worth 16$ million "
