• Job Details:Supervised preventive and corrective maintenance for 11kv/0.4kv substation equipment including transformers, circuit breakers, smps systems, and batteries. Performed transformer and breaker diagnostics including ir, ttr, winding & earth resistance tests. Led battery discharge tests (bdt) and monthly smps discharge testing to verify backup capacity and voltage performance. Installed, integrated, and maintained vesda smoke detection systems, performing smoke testing and system validation as per building safety codes. Performed preventive maintenance (pm) and functional testing for fire alarm systems (fas), fire hydrant systems (fhs), and water leak detection (wld) to ensure 24/7 operational readiness in compliance with safety standards. Monitored asset performance and maintenance schedules to ensure timely execution. Reviewed electrical work methods with contractors and ensured compliance with ptw and safety standards. Coordinated with vendors for spare parts and services; optimized usage to control costs and prevent downtime. Conducted quality assurance inspections and audits, achieving 100% compliance with regulatory standards.
