• Job Details:• Responsible for all service delivery management activities for projects in the MENA region (resources utilization, timeline, budget and invoicing) • Evaluating and classifying potential local partners in the MENA region • Responsible for all SQS-Egypt sales and marketing activities • Identifying new markets and potential clients as well as expansion plans • Preparing business cases and sales plans • Preparing proposals and quotations (Managed Service / T&M) • Negotiating and monitoring contracts as well as service delivery KPIs and SLAs • Representing SQS-Egypt at exhibitions, conferences and meetings • Responsible for university relations and collaboration programs • Staffing of all projects in the MENA region • Responsible for training and competency development for SQS-Egypt Employees • Responsible for profit and loss for projects in the MENA region • Presenting to CXO-level Senior Management and Customers • Responsible for sales process improvement • Implementing and monitoring of project delivery best practices • Due diligence with internal governance for internal compliance issues • Liaising with legal & tax consultants for contractual and partnership agreements • Building up SQS-Egypt training services for externals including all certifications and accreditations for the SQS-Egypt entity as well as all trainers
