•Identify development needs analysis for business unit & individual development plan and coaching needs.
•Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
•Select the high qualified calibers through accurate screening, interviewing and conduct references check and enhance data base.
•Planning, developing and implementing a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job to conduct Job descriptions, matrix of authority, KPIs, man power analysis, salary scale and identifying training need.
