•Articulate succession plan for key positions and retention plans for critical skills and develop fast trackers development program.
•Develop and implement the organization's performance management Systems (PMS) for all employees in each job level.
•Assist in setting functional KPIs and competences according to pre-determined strategic objectives and group’s core values.
•Hold periodical communication meetings for maintaining effective communication channels with employees.
•Assist in developing bonus systems, which support company’s objectives, and reviewing them to ensure alignment with the dynamic variables.
•Review employees’ grievances, analyzing them and taking the necessary actions for solving.
•Assist in conducting job evaluation, mapping positions in their job levels and salary grades.
•Conducts training needs assessment (TNA) driven from employees’ performance gap then develop and implement adequate training plan.
•Follow up training implementation internally & externally.
•Follow up on the employees' turnover analysis in every department in order to know its reasons and set development plans accordingly to minimize it.
•Conduct final HR interviews for division's key positions.
