Technical Sales :
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions

• Analyzing the competitors edge by conducting market analysis for adhesives technologies segment .
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs by assuring that the product is paid for on time.
• Successfully monitoring and launching new product introductions into the market in the field of adhesives.
• Control the quality levels in regards of service, storage, deliveries and visibility.
• Follow the business flow between Bostik and the forwarder.
• Developing customer relationships from the operational level to top management level.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients
• Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
• Reporting of monthly activities to the Managing Director and the Regional team.
• Ensuring that sales targets are met Regionally and Globally.
• Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records

Technical Support:
• Trials for qualifying new adhesives at customer.
• Diapers Analysis in the Lab to ensure the Bostik Adhesive is properly used and satisfying Customer needs and standards.
• Monthly Visits to All Bostik Customer Inside or Outside of Egypt( eg. Evyap, Hayat-kimya, Unicharm, etc…)
• Solving problems that are related to products performance and applications.
• Making regular technical trials and demonstrations in workshops.
• Arranging and carrying out product training.
• Delivering technical trainings and seminars.
• Increasing the technical knowledge level of end users.
• Helping in the design of custom-made products for customers (eg. PG, KC, etc…)
• Semi Annual Visits to the R&D Lab in Paris, France for meetings, briefing, and working with the team on our new line of products.
