• Job Details:my job is to do the reporting to the site manager of the results achieved on a monthly basis as well as to study and obtain a method and a system to be effective and achieve the objectives business metrics provided by the client my job was to help the team manager to overcome customer objections by regular meetings in order to find effective solutions that can help agents overcome customer objections thus being able to achieve the objectives, during the period in which I worked I had initially found the situation a little criticism but thank god and my strong experience in sales and interpersonal relationships and customer service acquired through the years we have been able to double its turnover increasing large volume of calls and establishing mutual trust with customers and make the service excellent and this was said by the client by establishing with him a very good professional and business by increasing the number of agents in one year almost doubled, and this' due to hard work done and the enormous efforts and sacrifices made to get to this ... this' cause I think a good operations manager must not only look at the screen of a computer looking at the results on the monitor and tell the team managers where they need to improve, but a good director must first hear what issues are encountered while working listen the chimeras and try to give effective solutions to both team manager and agents in order to overcome all the objections encountered at work, the results are the fruit of hard work, thank god and my experience in the field the sale and having turned half of Europe and knowing very well their culture and their way of thinking, thank God today are a man who knows no obstacles and always ready to face market challenges always giving effective solutions and winning
