Acting as a liaison between R&D, Program Manager and Client.

Assisting Project Manager in developing project charter and identifying project stakeholders.

Helping Project Manager in planning the project, collect requirements, define scope, create SOW and WBS, set budget and create control resource and schedule plans.

Responsible for taking notes during client and R&D meetings and communicating these notes with the project manager.

Studying the proposal and reading the presentation of the R&D and reporting flaws and the missing points in order to ensure its adherence to our client’s nature and cultural background.

Adding and qualifying new resources during 2013 made Future-Trans achieve 300% growth.
