•Monitor and administer staff attendance and leaves balances to ensure the employees’ compliance to the labor law and organizational policy
•On-going maintenance of payroll system and time keeping system
•Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
•Maintaining leaves and overtime reports
•Interpreting polices in relation to overtime, leaves and payroll calculations to staff
•Prepare financial settlement for the resigned employee(s) of the payroll period in question to ensure that the resigned employee has fulfilled all his/her financial dues to the organization and received his/her financial dues
•Perform annual payroll tax reconciliation
•Perform HR letters to the concerned parties when requested
•Assist in updating monthly and yearly insurance reports
