• Job Details:- Represent Johnson Controls KSA factory at regional level for assigned commodities in-depth analysis for commodity strategy. - Developing new suppliers, updating the status of the existing ones and alternating vendors for the materials as per company policy. - Leading Critical Commodities (Copper, Steel, Aluminum, Motors, Fans, Compressors) for the factory. - Strong Global Sourcing Base, Low Cost & Best Cost Country Sourcing. - Analyze the expenditure of $900 M in terms of (Days Payable Outstanding) DPOs, currencies, geographical sources and suppliers’ type. - Manage DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) by working with suppliers to extend Payment Terms impacting directly TWC (Trade Working Capital). - LC & LG Negotiations with Suppliers - Liaising between engineering, marketing - acting as a "bridge" between the technical and commercial wings of the company. - Taking approval from Technical / Engineering Dept. for all the new Vendors sourced.

Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Lead local and foreign sourcing relevant activities - from market analysis, to bidding process to supplier selection in alignment with the requirements of the stakeholders. - Create and maintain Purchase Orders & Service Agreements. - Negotiates purchasing prices & delivery conditions. - Coordinate product availability information externally and internally and ensure deliverable dates are met in order to reach facility service-level and Project goals. - Comply with all relevant purchasing corporate procedures locally and globally. - Interact with vendors and all other inter-departmental customers.

Inventory PlannerFull Time

• Job Details:- Make replenishment of passenger car spare parts for all GB service centers using MRP - Generate analytics for items transactions to acquire clear running and dead items classification - Generate forecasts based on item transactions for brands (Hyundai, Geely, Cherry, Karry, Mazda) - Coordinate among warehouses of service centers to avoid spare parts shortage, also prevent over stock. - Ensuring material arrival for service centers by following up with warehousing and transportation team.
