- Job Details:1- Represent active daily point-of-contact for customers requesting or inquiring on different bank products (whether in person or by phone). 2- Process and issue fund transfers, bank drafts, traveler checks, certified checks, back office currency exchange, discounted checks, card & loan application. Maintain personal contacts with individuals through business calls and cross selling. 6- Develop new business from prospect customers through the utilization of all services of the bank and augment services in the ones already established. 7- Compile and analyze customer needs, prepare loan applications ( new, renewal, or modification), and provide adequate technical advice. 8- Review loan files systematically, including loan documentation, agreemets, commitments, historical data, memoranda, supporting documents, IDs, investigation reports, correspondence, news clippings, and other miscellaneous forms. Maintain index of files for ready access. 9- May assemble credit investigation required by loan cases. 10- Service and cooperate in other accounts at the instructions of the RM. 11- Follow-up automatic entries performed by IT systems.
