 Handling all HR” interviewing, hiring, Calculate Promoters commission and incentive.
 Set KPI’s for Floor Team and target per Each Showroom for 5 supervisors, 50 Promoter
 Manage Floor Team and set a schedule for promoters and supervisors
 Real time market status and competitor’s status feedback.
 Checking Product Display & Merchandising, monitoring competitors Prices & Following up with the product Managers.
 Maintaining reports of sales analysis on monthly basis to identify the fast Moving stock and the aging Stock and work accordingly with the country product manager to push out the aging inventory and make Run rate Report for Each Model in the Lineup for Each Product (NB, Tablet, Smartphone).
 Arranging Quarterly Technical training for the Accounts sales staff with the in order to maintain the most up to date Technical information for ASUS products
 Manpower planning against the traffic count (footfall) to increase the Related Conversion Rate.
 Ensuring compliance to company policies and business ethics.
