• Job Details:.• Prepare cost estimates including labor, material, equipment, subcontractors, and otherdirect costs. • Review plans and specifications to determine scope of work. • Prepare Operating & Financing Cash Flow. • Earned Value Report (BAC, EAC, AC, PV, CPI, and SPI). • Material Control . • Prepare Materials Waste Report. • Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. • Make Comparison Sheets between our Company Budget and the Suppliers.

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervise all activities of projects . • Review the performance of workers to ensure correct technical execution of the work. • Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:•Preparing the Bill of Quantities and Calculating the Quantities of Material to prepare the concept budget using the Tender Shop drawings. •Fabrication of structure glazing , curtain wall facades, Louvers, Aluminum doors and windows. •Preparation of cutting lists and manufacturing orders for the factory. •Preparing the Purchase Orders for all the materials would be used in projects subject to the approved Samples and Shop drawings.
