• Job Details:• Collaborates with users to discuss computer data access needs, identify security threats and violations, and to identify and implementing needed programming or process changes. • Cooperate with the HR manager to evaluate insider risk management. • Cooperate with system administrator to design and implement security procedures Using data encryption, firewalls, and other security tools and Applications to conceal and protect transfers of confidential digital information. • Cooperate with the database administrator to plan, implements and reviews users permissions to the working database. • Develops and implements plans to safeguard digital data from accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. • Reviews violations of security procedures, provides training to ensure violations do not recur. • Monitors and restricts access to sensitive, confidential and high-security data. • Plan and implement the data retention strategy. • Performs risk assessments, audits, and tests to ensure proper functioning of data processing activities and security measures. • Safeguards system security and improves overall server and network efficiency by training users and promoting security awareness. • Determines when to update virus protection systems by monitoring current reports of computer viruses; facilitates or performs needed updates. • Plan and implement CCVT systems.

Quality management managerFull Time

• Job Details:• leading the team to precisely identify the overall processes workflow (define the inputs and outputs for each process - define the job description for every contributors involved in the workflow - weaknesses points in the processes workflow) • Develop, design and sustain the Quality Management System (programs, systems, policies, processes, and procedures) through combining practical experience with Industry standards and leading practices. • Cooperate with various departments and cross-functional process owners to provide process analysis oversight on a continuous basis to enforce requirements, meet regulations and embed a system of continuous improvement. • Lead external audit/ inspection preparation and liaise with certification bodies (ISO auditors/ inspectors) through all stages. • Review external audit results and reports to ensure that all nonconformities raised are effectively corrected and independently verified. • Prepare QMS reports • Recommended corrective actions and opportunities for improvement. Assist in attracting, hiring, training, and retaining a team of highly technical and Performing QMS professionals. • Ensure Quality culture and strategy are properly understood throughout the organization, to ensure a proper and efficient implementation of QMS system.

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Prepare for the project request and define the main keys for the project including (predicted project timeline - assigned team - required resources - project budget - signed approval for project). • Scheduling, planning and analyzing all activities, dependencies, and milestones within a project. • Cooperate with construction manager for planning for IT infrastructure including (network infrastructure cooling system for the data center - Emergency Power Supply for the data center - camera surveillance infrastructure). • Evaluates the Vendors proposals. • Completing the contracting stage for the required IT products including functions related to invoicing, contract management and payments and ensuring that they conform to the specifications. • Cooperate with network administration team to provide instruction to perform a comprehensive and efficient deployment plan that ultimately contributes to speed up the time. • Responsible for monitoring phase on the live network (site test) and acceptance • Collect and record all the related documentations to the site including the preparation and development of the project completion report (Site Acquisition, Construction, Installation and Commissioning and acceptance test reports).
