• Job Details:Project : Wadi Safar, Saudi Arabia Prepare detailed shop drawings for ELV systems and ICT/telecome . Ensure drawings align with Saudi Electricity Code (SEC)and client specifications. Review and incorporate design changes from consultants/clients into the BIM model. Validate model accuracy against IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and specifications. Develop and update LOD (Level of Detail/Development) for Electrical (ELV), Telecom, and ICT systems in compliance with project standards. Ensure models are clash-free and coordinated with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Navisworks, Conduct regular model audits to maintain LOD requirements and adherence to Abniya’s BIM execution plan (BEP). Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and BIM teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV/ICT systems.

Electrical BIM EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Design , Model and coordinate electrical BIM Models for commercial, residential and industrial projects including EMMAR New zayed,Sodic VYE New zayed , Terrace Zayed, Solana Project , First Plaza Mall,Cordoba mall using Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux EVO and NAVISWORKS . Develop Detailed Design ,shop drawings and Model LOD for various Electrical system including Lighting, power, Cable Routing , Firealarm, CCTV, public address, data,telephone etc. Prepare single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and load calculations in compliance with Codes and standards. Collaborate with architects and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. •  Provided design coordination and clash detection using BIM software to resolve conflicts and enhance project efficiency.
