• Job Details:*Issue of Request for Quotations (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and the subsequent preparation of Quotation Evaluation Forms based on details provided on approved Purchase Requisitions. *Coordinates all activities related to the procurement of raw materials from local sources, beginning with the intent to purchase through delivery. *Create a PO for the supplier and send notification to the concerned departments to inform them of the new order. *Follow up the purchase order process till you receive the goods in our warehouses or to the costumier. *Ensures that the product fulfills the company's quality requirements and is delivered on time, at the agreed-upon price. *Extracting the monthly receivable material reports. *Sourcing new suppliers to develop the approved suppliers list. *Coordinate with the planning department to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials. *Negotiate and administer the purchasing contracts. *Negotiate with suppliers to buy time on pending payments, agreeing with finance on realistic payment timelines which can be committed to suppliers. *Follow and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims. *Plan and Negotiate with suppliers to transport or warehousing the shipment. *Track the shipment with the supplier until delivery.
