• Job Details:Working on training and supporting suppliers’ relationship specialists. Making deals with the suppliers that aim to grow the supplier’s sales and increase Ibn Sina’s market share through activities such as exclusive bonuses, special approvals, special discounts, working on exclusive items, and working on new items through our new launch program. Ensure that rare items are available according to market share or above. Sending purchase orders after reviewing the item forecast and ensuring that the required quantity from the supplier is consistent with the average sale of the item in addition to safety stock, taking into consideration whether it is the item’s season, or a shortage of alternatives, or a shortage of the item for a long period, or creating a new sales policy for the item (bonus or discount) to suppliers and booking supply appointments. Review bonus slices for all items according to the policies sent by suppliers before uploading them to the system. Ensuring that the branches are covered with sufficient goods relative to their average sales. Working on the accuracy of the space reserved for the supply order so that the actual quantity supplied matches what was reserved on the system. Working to secure items in line with their sales rate in the market. Working on receiving the free units that were spent from our side due to the supplier’s bonus policy or special approval for a specific client, or replaced by deducting their value from the supplier’s check. Working on the stagnant inventory received from the supplier. Working on exposure (expire, damage) received from the supplier.
