(Demand Setting, Order management, factory production, shipping, arrival, display, Product launch activity, sales tracking). - Strong focus on premium product sales and profit increase. - Handling each brand shop physical appearance and in store management. - Support the local distributor about the updated guidelines in regards to Racks, POSM and physical environment of the shop. - Support the local distributor floor sales men by providing training materials and sales talk for the customers. - Reporting to LG subsidiary in East Africa about Sudan monthly and weekly sales. - Follow up on top sales dealers’ performance and how to improve their shop and their sal - Managing 6 promoters at dealers’ shop, setting their target and rate their sales achievement. An incentive is provided based on the target achievement.
