• Job Details:-Standardize documentation process including, policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions and standard processes. -Prepare and follow the implementation of internal quality audit Program. -Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 documentation adherence. -Ensure updating of documentation according to standard requirements. -Ensure ongoing abidance by industry regulatory and quality requirements. -Issue corrective/preventive actions request when needed. -Conduct QA training, orientation for employees (IMS & induction). -Provide consultation for employees concerning QA issues. -Ensure implementation of QHSE company rules and procedures. -Control the distribution of all the companies’ quality documentation (Madkour Hub). -Monitor all quality related activities on the project. -Perform management system audits and follow all nonconformity reports. -Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. -Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. -Recommend and implement improvements when required. -Monitor statistical method reporting

Quality Assurance LeadFull Time

• Job Details:*Ensure compliance of the integrated management system with regulatory, statutory, and customer requirements. *Perform Internal and external audits in addition to audit program planning. Prepares the audit and observation reports. Follow up audit action plans. *Perform Periodic supervision & monitoring of production sites in order to ensure the effectiveness of quality systems plementation by the production /factory employees *Ensure the effectiveness of the traceability system and perform periodic audits to evaluate the system. *Analyze trends of complaints, returns, NCRs, and supplier evaluations and develop potential solutions for improvement. *Prepares, updates, and approves the QA and GMP SOPs, instructions, records and logbooks. *Act as system owner for QMS processes as per the QA task distribution plan. *Work closely with the development team to improve existing products. *Responsible for the complaints handling system including investigation and corrective action approval. *Follow up and support the embedding of quality culture by ensuring the right behaviors are followed at all stages of operations, awareness, and proper documentation. *Contribute in problem solving & investigation after any incidence and approves investigation report. *Ensure effectiveness of the CAPA system.
