Quality Control Analyst

• Job Details:responsible for checking the raw materials quality and specifications such as chemicals, silica, bright chips, plywood, and pallets. check the prepared chemical batches physical and chemical properties and give the green light to start the production or not. check the quality parameters of bare pet film samples from online and offline sections and take these samples as a reference. follow the defects in the product and coordinate with the plc section to take immediate action to treat and fix these defects. erp 'oracle' system entry. check instruments of lab and maintain updated calibration for it. control quality of finished product parameters and ensure requirements of customer's sales order & job card of customers. viewing daily activity of dispatching the products to the customers.
