Technical Engineer

• Job Details:Develop CSI specifications and outline requirements for projects. Design building acoustics and waste management and vertical transport reports per project specifications. Conduct tender evaluations and comparison studies for enabling works, main works, PS & PC packages, and sub-consultant packages. Collaborate with clients to review and finalize tenders and façade material finishes. Validate project designs and perform peer reviews to ensure compliance with client requirements and authorities. Review and monitor the quality of sub-consultants’ deliverables. Serve as a waterproofing consultant, recommending appropriate systems based on soil reports. Attend factory performance tests, site mock-ups, and technical meetings as needed. Assist site supervision by addressing technical queries and supporting the review of submittals and shop drawings. Ensure quality assurance by coordinating drawings, specifications, reports, and material selections for comprehensive submissions. Coordinate with teams on materials, details, and renders to ensure compliance with project requirements. Conduct comparative studies of materials to meet project quality and budget constraints.

Technical Project Engineer

• Job Details:Approval of civil/structural shop drawings, technical submittals as per the requirements and DM standards approved drawings & project specs. Carrying out site inspection of architectural and structural works daily as per the IR’s and monitoring the site progress to safeguard its going as per approved program. Assisting PM, RE & TM in project progress on daily basis by ensuring the quality requirements as per project specification and standards. Reviewing of monthly payment certificate as per progress, projects material submittals, method statement, sub-contractor prequalification and projects related documents. Monitoring the overall health and safety measures at site.
