To work on updating laws, regulations and instructions in use and to initiate showing the gaps in between through the practical reality according to the system of the institution Preparing contracts and agreements of the institution work , and providing the legal advice of the best way to apply them Searching for the necessary legal references to improve work, forming, filing, tabulation and indexing the files Preparing the periodic reports of employees and the achievements of organizational unit and evaluating it , to improve the performance and progress of work Reviewing the legal advice provided by and to all departments and providing the needed consultations to the competed auditor Working on interpreting laws ,provisions ,and ambiguous regulations in applying or different Opinions All other assigned duties related to the job
