• Job Details:- designing and executing manual test cases based on software requirements and specifications. - identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs using jira and collaborating with developers to resolve them. - performing regression testing after bug fixes and software updates to ensure system stability. - conducting functional, smoke, and sanity testing across multiple platforms (web/mobile). - writing clear and concise test documentation including test plans and test case reports. - collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including development, business analysis, and product owners. - maintaining testing environments and supporting test data setup. - contributing to continuous improvement of qa processes and standards. - participated in the user acceptance testing (uat) phase, ensuring that business requirements were met and identifying any critical issues before project launch. - track defect life cycle, collaborating closely with developers for resolution. - perform confirmation and regression testing.
