              • Job Details:Take the request from the client either by phone call or by visiting his premises. Conduct file search in our data bank, website as per specific criteria. Conduct screening CVs received as a result of publishing advertisement or website search etc.. Conduct initial interviews if required and make assessment reports. Phone interviews & face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates. Send the client short-listed CVs and the related assessment reports. Receive feedback on the short-listed CVs from client. Scheduling Technical Interview. Coordinating the final interviews and hiring process. Get the approval of the selected candidates on the job offer. Issue the invoice for the successful hired people and follow up till collect the invoice. Make a replacement at the case of first candidate prove unsatisfactory. Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives. Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards. Source candidates by using databases and social media. Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters. Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills. Conduct phone and/or in-person interviews. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions. Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions. Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met. Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires. Attend job fairs and careers events.
