• Job Details: Prepare and measure team KPIs to align the team performance to the company targets.  Participate in loss tree exercise with the manufacturing excellence team within the 10% loss elimination project.  Achieve 3% decrease of returns by controlling and monitoring the loading process and labor quality awareness.  Plant emergency team member  Do 1:1 sessions with the team to follow up their performance and achieve the overall morale.  Perform BOS & near miss on daily basis to eliminate incidents.  Managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of Products.  Managing inventory, establish and maintain communication with suppliers, carriers, and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise.  Attend to many tasks to ensure that goods are shipped and delivered in a timely manner and that the inventory levels are sufficiently maintained.  Arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies as well as route drivers accordingly.  Following up the sales process from the first step to the last step and communicating with customers after the sale to ensure that there is no error in the product and try to obtain customer satisfaction.

• Job Details: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, ship, deliver).  Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audit.  Collect and send invoices to appropriate department.  Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.  Prepare and submit contractor timesheets.  Entering the daily data from agencies timesheets into computer system.  Prepare monthly stock and check the agencies invoices  Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity.  Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information
