• Job Details:* Strategic Cost Control 1: Corporate Cost Management: 1.1- Oversee and manage cost control processes across all departments and projects within the organization. 1-2- Ensure alignment of cost control strategies with the company’s overall financial goals and objectives. 2: Budget Development and Oversight: 2.1- Lead the development of corporate budgets and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. 2.2- Monitor budget adherence, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose corrective actions as needed. 3: Cost Performance Monitoring: 3.1- Analyze corporate-wide cost performance, tracking key financial indicators and variances. 3.2- Present actionable insights to senior leadership to improve financial efficiency. * Data Analytics 4: Advanced Data Analysis and Insights: 4.1- Develop and utilize data models and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. 4.2- Provide predictive analytics and scenario simulations to support strategic decision-making. 5: Data-Driven Decision Support 5.1- Collaborate with department heads to provide data-backed recommendations on cost optimization. 5.2- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in cost analyses and decision-making. * Risk Management and Compliance 6: Cost Risk Identification and Mitigation 6.1- Identify financial risks using data analytics and propose strategies to mitigate potential issues 6.2- Ensure all cost control practices comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards. 7: Post-Project Financial Analysis: 7.1- Conduct post-mortem analyses of projects to evaluate cost performance, identify gaps, and improve future budgeting practices.

Senior Project Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Implements cost control plans on time, and coordinates with project managers, contractors, and technical office Engineers to collect all required data and documents and ensures their validity. Studies and analyzes the technical work items, stages and duration of project implementation, project needs, bills of quantities and other cost elements, and prepares cost estimation tables and budget for project implementation and submits them to his line manager for review. Studies the direct and indirect cost items to determine the cost centers accordingly, and uploads the expense items to their cost center and reviews them with his direct manager. Prepares project cost control reports that include data on project estimated costs compared to actual costs. Submits reports to his line manager, analyzes deviations, explains their causes, expected risks, and proposes corrective and preventive measures to be taken. Follows up with the project managers the position of the projects towards the schedules, claims and new items of work and studies the extent of their impact on the direct and indirect expenses and updates the project budgets according to the directives of his direct manager. Prepares reports that include comparisons between the actual prices of project needs and the prices determined in studies, explaining the deviations and their impact, and coordinates with the needs department to study the possibility of controlling costs. It is an integrated and updated database that includes the costs of each element of the projects to serve as a reference for estimating the costs of future projects. Assists his line manager in preparing final reports and statistics reflecting the final costs of technical work items in projects.

Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Monitor and update the time baseline and present a revised schedule with reflected changes and its impact on the planned time and cost . Compare the Tender budget rae breakdown ( equiment , manpower , and material ) with current rates and present changes to the management in acost control analysis report that entails the planned value ( budget ) versus actual . Present two separate daily reports ( time and cost ) to the project manager and the client that includes new equipment , received materials , staff attendance , daily wages , petty cash , purchase orders ( PO ) invoices , and compare the planned activities versus that actual to be able to monitor the project daily and raising flags for any delays . Perform random site checks to ensure proper supplies storge , smooth workflow and resources to investigate and delays or losses to the project . Review claims with the contract site team to identify its validity and study events ( variation orders , delays , etc. ) and report its impact on the planned time and cost . Plan a two weeks log ahead activity schedule to the shop-drawing, MEP , and the Procurement teams , aweekly report to the managment and the client .
