I began by conducting a feasibility study and curating a selection of items to feature on the website. • Job Details:# From June 2010 – Sept 2013, Allegria compound, phase III (52M USD], 196 residential villas - Sheikh Zayed city–BUA 65,000 m2) # From Sept 2013 – May 2016, West Town Residence project (WTR), phase (IV, V, VII, VIII & X) (50M USD], 353 residential units including duplexes, city villas & town-houses - Sheikh Zayed city – BUA 95,000 m2) Job responsibilities: - Managed a team of 3 Construction Managers who monitored the ongoing works on sites to ensure that all units got delivered within the contractual deadlines - Communication and coordination with the projects control and design departments for the proper planning of projects from the schematic design phase up to delivering projects within scope and budget - Monitoring/tracking progress by all projects’ Contractors and proper intervention whenever needed to ensure the resolution of any technical or contractual problem - Managed changes to the projects’ scope, schedule and cost - Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Managed QA/QC processes through related teams to ensure meeting projects’ standards - Created and maintained comprehensive project documentation and managed project progress/coordination meetings
