Ensured 100% compliance with NTDC and Nespak standards. Implemented safety measures during mining and blast, and supervised on-site activities, including the construction of transmission towers, stringing of conductors, and installation of insulators along with installation of grounding systems, spacer and damper installation. Connected the transmission line to substations at both ends and installed and configured protection systems (e.g., relays, circuit breakers).
