• Job Details:Managing day-to-day implementation and future development of training programs under close direction of the Youth Academy Manager, assuring quality of implementation, delivery, outcome and impact of delivered programs. Activities: • Design and implement new training programs for governmental entities. • Manage training programs and contractual agreements and cooperation protocols with governmental entities sponsored by the foundation • Responsible for conducting department presentations design and submission • Observe and implement established policies and procedures with providers. • Monitor trainees’ improvement levels and project developments. • Recommend changes and improvements programs to ensure better quality and impact. • Assure the implementation of administrational systems & programs’ procedures. • Providing requested reports/ proposals / studies on a timely basis. • Keep track of Youth Academy plans, action plans, reports, targets and objectives. • Prepare promotional activity reports as necessary. • Assist in conducting different types of surveys. • Assist in the design of the Youth Academy development plan. • Recommend changes and improvements in current and future training programs. • Follow up on initiatives, setting action plans to fulfill targets and ensure meeting deadlines. • Perform other duties as assigned by YA Manager. • Responsible for document control of R&D Unit. • Assist with graduation ceremony activities as needed after training program completion. • Any additional responsibility or capacity as stipulated by YA manager.

Senior Trainer and Language Instructor/ Training ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:Create and modify new instructional manuals. Develop training techniques and manage performance according to Berlitz training policies. Act as a consultant to junior instructors with regards to material and teaching techniques. Maintain high re-enrollment ratios through couching staff and trainers. Develop tailored programs to clients according to company policy and deliver content accordingly. Maintain all quality standards that apply to the teaching and training processes. Activities: • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of Berlitz training and instruction according to policy and quality standards • Tailor material in relation to client requirements for higher levels, and ensure quality delivery of material content according to Berlitz instructional policy. • Responsible for technical support, QMHSE and training regarding new and current material tailored, formatted, edited and produced by the Marketing Division • Soft skills training to new and current staff to ensure delivery effectiveness and positive impact on clients’ performance and retention.

Soft Skills Trainer/ Training Manual Development Full Time

• Job Details:Create and modify new instructional manuals as needed or required by client. Develop training techniques and manage performance according to GK policies. Act as a soft skills training consultant to junior trainers with regards to material and training techniques. Maintain high re-enrollment ratios through couching staff and trainers. Develop tailored programs to clients according to company policy and deliver content accordingly. Maintain all quality standards that apply to the teaching and training processes. Activities: • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of GK training according to policy and quality standards • Tailor material in relation to client requirements as needed and as per stipulated by the management team and delivery of content. • Ensure quality delivery of material content according to GK Training policy. • Responsible for soft skills technical support and training regarding new and current soft skills material tailored, formatted, edited, approved and produced by GK as needed.
