• Job Details:• Operation and maintenance of GE GT13E2 210 MW heavy duty gas turbine plan maintenance works to maintain safe operation along with contractor and trouble shooting for corrective maintenance to prevent repeating of failure • Manage crude oil tank decennial refurbishment projects using desludging by man-entry free approach from contractors Oreco and Dhafra Technologies • Evaluation and selection of new equipment ensuring reliability targets, life-cycle costing, maintainability and availability reviews • Establish critical spares and maintenance schedules throughout the design phase of the expansion project and implementation into the CMMS system SAP • Improve piping installation to minimize flow inducted vibration effect on the process line after flow increase with contractor Xodus Group • Review and challenge design of brown field modification and greenfield project in term of maintainability like terminal extension M- Project • Keep OPEX vs. Budget Variance (%) as low as possible investigate the root cause for difference, put together a plan to get costs more in line with the budget • Review and amend existing plans for (5 years business plan, five years shutdown plan, majors facilities replacement plan) • Support the procurement function in Supply Chain Management to ensure cost effective sourcing and purchasing of the required quality goods and services. • Follow up duration of technical evaluation by following rule of time taken in weeks from Technical Bid Opening to Technical Evaluation Report Approval (7weeks/5weeks) • Manage testing and certification of pressure and temperature relief and safety valves according to API standards in house • Keep PSPI process safety key performance indicator as high as possible by ensuring the hard barriers are effective throughout their life cycle • Analyze maintenance strategies considering costs relating to maintenance, taking account of HSSEQ policies, procedures and processes • Establishment of a prioritized list of critical equipment vulnerabilities and develop action plans to drive maintenance efficiency • Strictly follow up HSE Critical Equipment and Systems (HSECES) to prevent or limit the effect of a Major Accident or any accident with the potential for severe or catastrophic consequences • Acting as a focal point and quality system administrator for all ISO Standards (14001, 31000, 45001, 50001, 55 000, 9001, 14224 Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and internal and external audits. • Manage the implementation of the condition monitoring analysis program, ensuring compliance with the maintenance schedule and any resulting recommendations resulting from the analyses is actioned in a timely manner with Emerson Key Accomplishments Continue to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability to achieve unit cost target of 0.32 $/bbl. to contribute to target

• Job Details:• Management of Bonatti contractor the activities of assigned personnel to ensure that their work is carried out correctly and to the required company standards in order to minimize downtime and cost for GTPP (Gas Turbine Power Plant with 3 set GE MS 6001 Duel Fuel, 41.6 MW total power 126 MW) • Leading planned and unplanned inspections for heavy industrial gas turbines such as borescope inspection, combustion inspection (CI), hot gas path (HGPI) and major inspection (MI). • Management of Weir contractor for preventive, predictive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities of the central process facility CPF and its plants in an efficient, safe and reliable manner by utilizing the most appropriate technologies within the budgetary limits • Supervise energy-focused health and safety specialist Crescent in the CoW to ensure all PTW is executed safely, efficiently, and effectively • Commissioning and start-up of three double deck crude oil floating roof storage tanks with a capacity of 416000 bbl. each located in the Tuba Tank Farm in Basra by Rosco • Plan emergency generator diesel engine, top and bottom ends overhauling and fault finding, i.e. Caterpillar, Perkins, Cummins, brands over 1500 KVA including hour based servicing, load bank testing • Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs and plans, overhauls, outages, inspections, draft tasks, instruction books, procedures, checklists to prevent breakdowns • Prepare CMMS SAP work lists (preventive, predictive, corrective) for permit to work system, review requests from operation and assist department in the development of an overall work plan for the planned or unplanned shut down • Prepare risk assessments for all high risk activities and take necessary measures to avoid any incident and accidents • Review the types of stock holding levels of Mechanical equipment held as SPIR, and optimize the inventory, stock management co-ordination of the ordering of spares in conjunction with the Materials Coordinator • Prepare technical bid analysis and evaluation reports for rotating and static equipment, mechanical handling and packaged units for second phase of project • Assist operations personnel in the assessment of optimal utilization (duty vs. standby equipment), overall equipment effectiveness improvements and other parameters that define operating condition, reliability, availability and asset cost • Review performance acceptable criteria for HSESCE equipment and perform risk analysis on deferral raised on critical equipment • Training of the Local Iraqi engineers, technician according to Company Competency Management System Key Accomplishments
