I have entered the X-Culture program which is a program that have more than 5000 student around the world who are working together without any past knowledge about each others, every team consists of 5 students from different countries and work together on a specific company from 30 companies in the program and try to give the company suitable solutions and strategies to work with in real life situations. I learned from this program much about how to communicate and to work with people from different cultures, traditions, time zone, and way of thinking. After this program finished i was one of the top 10% in the world in this program and my team was from the top 15% and we achieved a great success with each others.
