6-Controlling and being responsible for the Company’s financial planning process and budget management functions, under the direction of the MD and the co. board, whilst ensuring that all stockholders fully understand the financial implications of the business decisions that are set.
7-Leading the fiscal responsibility of the company including the elevation of matters that should be brought to the attention of the management not limited to, deviations from policies, plans & budgets, extraordinary features revealed by the accounting records & suspected fraudulent activity.
8-Manage and plan the company cash flow and study for all treasury activities that can be utilized to raise the company profitability.
9-Manage all the company’s administrative sections & activities.
