Self-audit Engagements (RCCP program Management) • Develop Self-audit engagement project plan and implement the plan via suitable partner relationships and providing leadership during the project, as needed. • Lead the Self-audit Engagement, including: o Ensure that Self-audit Compliance Partners are identified and trained in driving legalization engagements within SMSP Breadth and Small Business o Implement and deploy Microsoft Software Inventory Analyzer (MSIA) to enable the client to determine all Microsoft Software asset installations invest in the right licensing program. o Establish a change in the customer’s management processes so that software assets are dynamically managed to ensure an optimal, cost-effective software infrastructure. • Working with the Self-audit Compliance Partners, meet again with the customer to review the MSIA Final Report and to set expectations for final settlement. In this meeting the SAM Engagement Manager also promotes continued practice of SAM, offering a range of Self-audit Compliance Partners to assist them.
