8-Submit the franchise monthly achievements and calculate the relevant commission on all levels (Authorized agents, Shop Managers, representatives).
9-Responsible for providing a periodic global KPIs analysis to the segment management.
10-Collect, analyze, validate & issue the Acquisition KPI for sales incentive plan (SIP) for the SOHO segment sales employees.
11-Providing the retail and franchise team with the weekly achievements that they attained to keep them on track with their figures.
12-Daily tasks involved extensive use of MS Excel and MS Access.
13-Maintain database quality through periodic revisiting of all discrepancies identified by extracted reports to ensure accurate payout to sales staff as well as the franchises commissions.
14-Act as the interface with the data base teams to provide the required reports for the SOHO segment in addition to the quarterly SIP inputs.
15-Presenting weekly and monthly sales reports, with a focus on KPI targeting and trending analysis, to the board of manager and head of the sales development.

I have achievements in work as i updated the reporting system, in a consisely instead of collecting data on excel sheets that the representitives sending their weekly achievements with a large amonut of data and taking much of of time to validate, So i designed a Database management system on microsoft access through a shared folder that save time waste and easily to collect and every rep. have an access to enter his data in a accurate way. I have achieved in sport specificly in Judo, i have won the bronze medal on the republic championship in 2009 and also the silver in 2010.
